Head of Digital Marketing & Events - Airbus Defence and Space - Intelligence

Veronique Lefevre leads the digital marketing activities for Connected Intelligence within Airbus Defence and Space, where she has been since 2001. Connected Intelligence is Airbus' one-stop-shop for public safety, secure connectivity, geospatial intelligence, defence and cyber security solutions. Veronique is also the Head of Digital Marketing and Events for the Integrated Space Solutions programme unit within Connected Intelligence, which provides geospatial and secure connectivity services.

Since 2020, with her team, she has promoted digital marketing tools and methods to support the successful growth of the geospatial business. Beyond tools and processes, she has successfully gained the buy in from both the Marketing and Sales teams on these new approaches and developed an efficient reporting method to regularly provide key metrics to assess return on investment.

Veronique holds a Master’s degree in Earth sciences from the Ecole Normale Supérieure of Lyon, France, and a PhD thesis in mathematics applied to marine biochemistry. She started her career in Airbus by developing remote sensing applications for environmental and agricultural monitoring, with a focus on vineyards. She moved to the Marketing team in 2016.

Drawing on her scientific experience, she is dedicated to supporting the digital transformation of marketing in Airbus.
