Mr. Benoit HENCKES serves as the Chief Executive Officer at UNITED CAPS, a company with a rich heritage dating back to 1939 when his family founded it under the name RESIBEL. Initially focused on manufacturing Bakelite products, the company expanded its offerings in 1960 to include plastic closure solutions, primarily for non-food-related market applications.

Following a strategic collaboration with Delatour in plastic caps and closure system manufacturing, Resibel/Delatour transitioned into Wincap Luxembourg in 1992. This milestone marked the beginning of a new era for the company. Fast forward to September 2015, when the company underwent a significant rebranding effort and emerged as UNITED CAPS.

Mr. Henckes joined the company in 1993 as Managing Director and has played a pivotal role in its growth and success. His dedication and leadership led him to assume the position of CEO in 2012.

Mr. Henckes holds a degree in industrial engineering from ECAM Brussels, which has provided him with a solid foundation to navigate the complexities of the industry and drive UNITED CAPS forward.
