Weena is the Executive Director of the Cambodian Association of Finance and Technology (CAFT), an association that serves as the collective voice of all finance and technology segments in Cambodia to cultivate innovation, education, financial inclusion, and collaboration.

She has held the ED position since the association was founded in 2019 and has been key in the association’s membership growth, strategic partnerships and initiatives that drive the overall direction of the association.

Weena’s expertise is in strategic operational management, process optimization, and collaborative business models which have been instrumental in driving sustainable growth and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within any organization.

She is also the cofounder and managing partner of D.Q.D. Group, a diversified business with interests in strategic and investment management advisory, manufacturing, trading, and property management.
