Rossana is a distinguished Legal Advisor with over 15 years of experience, currently working at the Luxembourg House of Cybersecurity (LHC). There she plays a pivotal role in fostering the national cybersecurity ecosystem and in contributing to the broader European cybersecurity initiatives for the National Cybersecurity Competence Centre (NC3) in its capacity of National Coordination Centre (NCC).

Previously as European Cybersecurity Community Development Manager, Rossana served as a key contact point for the Network of the NCCs, working in close collaboration with the EU Commission, the European Cybersecurity Industrial Technology and Research Competence Centre (ECCC) and the European Union Agency for Cybersecurity (ENISA).

In addition, she has worked at a major tech company managing cloud computing agreements with public entities. She also brings a decade of experience in the financial services industry, having worked in both public and private sectors in Luxembourg.

Rossana holds two Master’s Degrees in Law and various certifications in the legal field from different jurisdictions.
