Roger Kramer is a seasoned professional at Spuerkeess, Luxembourg's premier banking institution, with an impressive career spanning over three decades.

Roger currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Head of Innovation and Project Management. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing major projects and leading the bank’s innovation initiatives, ensuring that Spuerkeess remains at the forefront of technological advancements and operational efficiency.

Before his current position, Roger was the Head of Business Innovation for nearly six years. He was instrumental in developing and implementing innovative business strategies, enhancing the bank's services, and driving digital transformation.

Roger's career at Spuerkeess began in 1989. He dedicated 20 years to working in the branch network, followed by six years in the management of the branch network. His extensive experience in this area provided him with a deep understanding of customer needs and operational challenges, which he effectively leveraged to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.

From 2017 onwards, Roger has been pivotal as the Head of Innovation and Project Management, continuously contributing to the bank's growth and modernization.
