Paul Konsbruck leads LuxConnect S.A. as its CEO, driving a globally focused data center and dark fiber provider recognized as a market leader in Luxembourg.

Before assuming his role at LuxConnect, Paul dedicated over eight years to supporting Luxembourg's Prime Minister, Xavier Bettel, serving notably as Chief of Staff for a significant five-year period until 2021.

With a background in philology, Paul began his professional journey as the editor-in-chief at Eldoradio, aprominent radio station in Luxembourg under the RTL Group. Prior to that, he contributed as a journalist with RTL Lëtzebuerg.

Paul holds a master’s degree in Literature and Linguistics from the University of Heidelberg. He further refined his leadership skills through the Senior Executive Fellow Programme at Harvard Kennedy School in 2017.

In addition to his leadership role at LuxConnect, Paul serves as Chairman of Lu-Cix GIE, the national Internet exchange point that interconnects critical networks and hosts international content providers in Luxembourg. He also is a is a proactive Board Member at LuxProvide, playing a significant role in the launch and management of MeluXina, Luxembourg's high-performance computing initiative. In October 2023, Paul co-founded Clarence S.A. and serves as a board member, contributing to Luxembourg's digital infrastructure development as the national sovereign cloud operator.

Paul's governance experience extends across various industries and capacities. He has served as a non-executive board member for companies such as ENCEVO, a regional energy provider, and SES S.A., a leading global satellite operator. Additionally, he held the position of Government commissioner for CLT-UFA/RTL Luxembourg for six years.

Recently, in April 2024, Paul was elected as a Board member of FEDIL, the largest multisectoral business federation in Luxembourg.

Born in 1981, Paul is a Luxembourg native fluent in Luxembourgish, German, French, English, and Italian, embodying a global perspective with deep local roots.
