Leesa Soulodre is the Founding General Partner of R3i Group and the Managing Partner of R3i Capital, a deep-tech cross-border venture capital firm specializing in artificial intelligence and sustainable development.

With over 20 years of experience in cutting-edge innovation, technology, and strategy consulting, Leesa is a serial entrepreneur. She has provided advisory services to more than 400 multinationals and startups across 19 sectors in Europe, Asia-Pacific, and the Americas. Leesa has successfully led companies from the seed stage to $14 billion USD, facilitating market expansion and raising over $270 million in capital for portfolio companies. Her expertise spans smart cities, cybersecurity, medtech and healthcare, and artificial intelligence.

Leesa holds the position of Adjunct Faculty Member at SMU Cox Business School in Strategy and Entrepreneurship. Additionally, she serves as an adjunct faculty member at Singapore Management University, and IE Business School. She is a member of the advisory board for the global Think Tank, The AI Asia Pacific Institute—an independent, interdisciplinary research institute focused on exploring the implications of artificial intelligence. Leesa also holds Board roles on her portfolio companies Viewmind, Stratificare, and Meracle Health.

Educationally, Leesa earned a Global Executive MBA from TRIUM (NYU Stern, HEC Paris, and the London School of Economics and Political Science) and a Masters in Management (Marketing) from the University of Southern Queensland.

In recognition of her achievements, CIO Magazine named Leesa as one of the Five Most Rising Women Leaders to Watch in 2023, as well as one of the 10 Transformational Business Leaders in 2023.
