Kurt joined Google cloud in 2020 to start up the Public Sector organization in Belgium and Luxembourg, becoming responsible for all Public Sector verticals, like all governments, Education, HealthCare, Public safety, transportation and infrastructure and the EU Institutions and NATO.

End of 2023, Kurt was asked to also become responsible for the full Public Sector in the Netherlands, which he gratefully accepted.

It was a “natural” step after holding both national and international sales and sales management positions both in the private and public segments, serving organisations like NATO and EUi, multinationals like Honda, Nike, Societe Generale and many more. Before joining Google, Kurt held similar roles at Cisco, System Integrators (IBM) and early in career he was an IT manager at a Port of Antwerp shipping agency.

Open, transparent and customer oriented, always eager to learn and share. For each problem there is always a solution!

Living in Kapellen, close to Antwerp (where he studied economics). Enjoying holidays, traveling, skiing, good wine, food and music with his wife and two sons of 20 and 17 years old.
