César Maklary is the Co-Founder and CEO of FluidStack, the largest EU cloud computing company specialized in artificial intelligence. Along with his team, he set out to revolutionize the AI industry by providing supercomputers to AI companies globally. 

César co-created FluidStack with the mission to democratize access to high-performance GPU clusters, enabling companies to train and deploy AI models at unprecedented speed and scale. Under his leadership, FluidStack has grown to become one of the largest providers of supercomputers for AI, with over 70,000 Nvidia GPUs aggregated from underutilized data centers around the world.

César holds a First Class Honours Masters degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Imperial College London. Prior to founding FluidStack, César worked as a Formula 1 aerodynamicist at the Scuderia Toro Rosso (part of Red Bull Racing), where he designed the 2018 F1 contender car. His passion for innovation and technology has been a driving force throughout his career.

As FluidStack continues to expand its presence in Luxembourg, César aims to contribute to the country's growing technology and finance ecosystem while exploring the political aspects of AI. With his visionary approach and deep expertise in the field, César is poised to lead FluidStack to new heights as a major infrastructure player on the global AI stage.
