Cathia Gromczyk is the executive manager of the INFPC (National Institute for the Development of Continuing Vocational Training), the public service dedicated to lifelong learning in Luxembourg, whose mission is to support skills development, promote training, inform, and facilitate access to training for both businesses and individuals.

Before taking over the management of the Institute, she held the position of Communications Manager at the INFPC for more than 10 years, with the mission of promoting lifelong learning within Luxembourg's economic and social landscape. She also actively contributed to the Institute's projects focusing on lifelong learning and acted as DPO for over 3 years.

Cathia holds a master's degree in economics from the ISFATES (Institut supérieur Franco-Allemand de Techniques, d'Économie et de Sciences), and began her career as an account and project manager for marketing and communications companies in Luxembourg.
