Cara joined EQT in 2021 as Head of Relationship Management & Provider Oversight and is currently holding a Conducting Officer role overseeing UCI Administration within Fund Operations.

Prior to joining EQT, Cara spent 14 years with SS&C holding various positions in Investor Services across New York and then arriving in Luxembourg in 2018 where she worked closely to bridge the gap between the operations in the US and the regulatory landscape.

Cara started her career as a Fund Accountant for Advent International Corporation located in Boston in 2005

Cara holds a bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Finance and Sociology from Bryant University.
