Alexander Dmitriev serves as an advisor to Oleksandr Pavliuk, Commander of the Land Forces. He is also an assistant to Oleksandr Fediyenko, a member of parliament, and chairs the Subcommittee on Cyberspace Security, Government Communications, and Cryptographic Information Protection of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on National Security, Defense, and Intelligence.

From 2023 to 2024, he advised Oleksandr Pavliuk, First Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine, on UAV issues. Additionally, from 2022 to 2024, he was an advisor to Oleksandr Syrskyi, Commander of the Land Forces of Ukraine, on UAV issues. From 2022 to 2023, he advised Oleksiy Reznikov, Minister of Defense of Ukraine.

Alexander Dmitriev is also the coordinator of the “EYES” project for the Armed Forces of Ukraine and was an expert in the working group of the Ministry of Health, providing technical expertise on ambulances and evacuation vehicles from 2019 to 2021.
