After an inaugural edition that brought together 5,600 participants from 50 countries, the tech confab Nexus2050 has already set its sights on 2025--with some new features and an early bird deal.

With 5,600 attendees from 50 countries, 312 speakers across six stages, 150 startups, 100 exhibitors, 640 matchmaking sessions, six side events and a closing dinner attended by 900 participants, the inaugural edition of Nexus2050 truly delivered on its promise.The event successfully positioned Luxembourg as a new international hub for technology, bringing together experts, startups, venture capitalists, media professionals and institutional representatives from around the world.

Next edition: 17 and 18 June 2025

The second edition will take place on June 17 and 18, 2025, once again in Luxembourg City. The co-founders are excited to announce key updates: “We have learned a lot from the feedback of our partners, exhibitors, and speakers. For Nexus2050’s second edition, there will be significant changes. First, we will expand the floor plan by over 20% to 13,500m2, and we’ll double the number of startups we select to 300,” says Mike Koedinger. “But most importantly, we will have 17 stages, including 10 knowledge stages and a main stage with seating for over 1,200 attendees.”

Insights were also gained on accessibility. “At €700, we heard it was too costly for some,” adds Kamel Amroune. “With 5,600 attendees at our first edition, we believe we can attract even more business owners from within a 250 km radius by lowering the entrance ticket to €100 for full two-day access (with an additional cost for the seated dinner).”
