As the Co-Founder of We Belong Europe, Jana's core mission revolves around amplifying the voices and narratives of exceptional women and minorities from diverse backgrounds. The organization aims to cultivate a diverse array of role models and provide comprehensive diversity, inclusion, equity, and belonging services to organizations and companies.

Within We Belong Europe, Jana leads the #PowHer Program, a hands-on leadership initiative tailored to empower the next generation of aspiring female leaders. This program equips participants with essential skills and bolsters their confidence, enabling them to make a significant impact on society.

Growing up as the older sister of a brother on the autism spectrum, Jana has witnessed societal challenges faced by individuals like him. In response, she and her team are dedicated to raising funds for the establishment of a new Hidden Disability program. This initiative aims to provide young people with the support and skills needed to advocate for themselves effectively. Additionally, they plan to facilitate support group sessions for parents of disabled children, offering them a platform to share grievances and best practices. Through awareness campaigns, they seek to shed light on the various hidden disabilities that exist in society.
