Lawyer Guy Castegnaro is the founder of CASTEGNARO - Ius Laboris Luxembourg, the first employment law niche firm in Luxembourg and founding member of the international alliance Ius Laboris, Global Human Resources Lawyers. Guy was chairman of the E.E.L.A (European Employment Lawyers Association) from 2011 till 2015.

He is the author and co-author of various articles and books on employment law. Guy is also a speaker and a chairman at various conferences on employment law topics. He is teaching Luxembourg social security law at the University of Luxembourg as well as Luxembourg employment law in the framework of the “Cours Complémentaires en Droit Luxembourgeois” for the future Luxembourg lawyers. Guy is also teaching Luxembourg employment law at the Sacred Heart University Luxembourg and at the Université de Lorraine in France. Speaker at numerous conferences on employment law topics, Mr Castegnaro is also teaching Luxembourg labour law. He is teaching more particularly social security law at the University of Luxembourg.
