She has founded various initiatives and NGOs, both domestically and abroad, including Womage, New Leaders Generation, Human Face of AI, and has taken up roles as patroness and board member in several social organizations, including the Lebensimpulse Akademie, Stiftung Lesen, and JARO. Currently, she mentors young women in their careers, specifically through the Deutschlandstiftung Integration, StartupTEENS, IWiL, and GRACE.

Anabel writes for numerous magazines, including her role as one of the climate experts for Focus Earth. She is moderator of a German economic TV show and an UK radioshow.

Personal Life

Anabel, originally from the Rhineland region, grew up in Emsland. She has a migrant background, with her family fleeing to Germany. Anabel is a mother and, aside from her professional engagements, she divides her time between Berlin, Frankfurt, and Munich in her private life. Her career took a significant turn after a severe accident left her hospitalized for two years, which happened a decade ago. This experience led her to end her career in the consumer goods industry and transition to becoming a successful serial entrepreneur of sustainable and social startups, including HealthMedo, CoCarrier, Aeco Delta, and GetYourWings. Anabel has been dedicated to environmental protection and human rights since her childhood. She was a competitive athlete in her childhood. She has been performing on stages as a pianist since the age of six and has had early exposure to radio and books through her audio plays and moderations for a public TV channel. Her first book, a nutrition guide for children, she secretly sold in front of the entrance to the Frankfurt Book Fair when she was just nine years old, eventually leading her parents to search for her.
